Trails are open

Trails are in fair to poor condition.  With this warm weather we are having any traffic on our trail system will be very hard on the trails.  Please wait for more snow to ride.  Please respect landowners, as a few sleds in the wrong place when it is thawing can get us kicked off.  Thanks

We have pieced our groomer back togeather again this year.  The new belting for the tracks and repair parts from the state DNR have failed to come through once again.  We will be trying to groom all trails as time allows as long as the groomer holds togeather.  If you are as dissatisfied with this as we are contact Dave Downing at the Iowa DNR and tell them that our trails would be alot better if we had reliable equipment.  If we get enough response from you we may get a newer groomer.
